Rural Partners Corps (RPC) is a new AmeriCorps service fellowship from Lead For America (LFA) that places locally rooted fellows with rural, place-based backbone organizations.
RPC fellows serve full time alongside Host Site staff and community partners to build organizational and community capacity while advancing cradle-to-career economic mobility for rural young people.

Host an RPC Fellow
Add full-time, locally rooted capacity to your organization! RPC Host Sites are place-based backbone organizations serving rural communities or regions. Fellows can help move priorities forward, strengthen partnerships, connect people and resources, and build lasting organizational and community capacity.
Get Involved
The inaugural Rural Partners Corps cohort will serve December 2026 through August 2027 in rural communities across the country.
